Returns & Refunds
1. Our Commitment
Therabo is operated by Beijing Zhongke Medical Materials Co., Ltd. We are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and convenient returns experience. This policy applies to all products purchased through Therabo.cn.
2. 7-Day No-Reason Returns
Within 7 calendar days of receipt, you may return the product for any reason provided the product is intact and resalable (original packaging intact, all accessories included, unopened or unwashed).
Return Process:
1. Submit a return request on the Site or contact customer service;
2. Customer service will review your request within 1 business day;
3. Once approved, ship the product to the address provided;
4. After warehouse inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Shipping Cost: The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer for 7-day no-reason returns.
3. Quality Issue Returns and Exchanges
If a non-human-caused quality issue is found after receipt:
• Within 15 days of receipt: free exchange of the same model and specification; shipping costs borne by us.
• Within 3 months of receipt: free repair or exchange for non-human-caused quality issues; shipping costs borne by us.
• After 1 year: paid repair or purchase of a new product at a discounted price.
Quality Issue Determination: Determined by our customer service after review. Photos or video evidence may be required. Where national mandatory warranty ("Three Guarantees") applies, statutory provisions prevail.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for no-reason returns:
• More than 7 days have passed since receipt;
• The product has been opened, washed, or shows clear signs of use, affecting resale;
• Personal reasons (wrong size, color preference, etc.) where the product remains resalable may be handled through negotiation;
• Damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters, accidents) or improper use by you;
• Customized or personalized orders (engraving, etc.);
• Missing gifts, accessories, or attachments.
5. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method:
• WeChat Pay: 3-5 business days;
• Alipay: 3-5 business days;
• Stripe (credit card): 5-10 business days (subject to your card issuer).
6. Exchange Process
1. Submit an exchange request (with reason + photos or video);
2. Customer service reviews within 1 business day;
3. After approval, ship the product to the designated address (we cover shipping);
4. After warehouse inspection, a new product is shipped within 3 business days.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund on the Site or via customer service before shipment.
Once shipped, please follow the 7-day no-reason return process.
8. Force Majeure
If fulfillment is delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic control, courier interruption), we will negotiate a fair resolution with you within a reasonable timeframe.
