1. What is Therabo?
Therabo is produced by Beijing Zhongke Medical Materials Co., Ltd. Inspired by the 1998 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for the discovery of the nitric oxide vascular signaling pathway, Therabo is a daily wearable designed to promote the body's natural production of nitric oxide.
2. What is the core technology?
Therabo uses PHOTEX biophysical fabric technology. Through pure-physical resonance, it activates cellular mitochondria to promote the body's endogenous production of nitric oxide. The whole technology is delivered in wearable form, safe and side-effect free.
3. Is the product a medical device?
No. Therabo products are daily wearables. They are not medical devices and cannot replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified physician.

6. How do I place an order?
Select a product on the Site → add to cart → enter your shipping address → choose a payment method → complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.

8. How long until delivery?
Mainland China: typically 3–7 business days. Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas: typically 7–15 business days. Refer to the carrier for exact timing.
9. Any tips for first-time use?
Clean and dry the area where you will wear the product. Start with short sessions and gradually increase duration. If you feel any discomfort, stop using and consult a physician.
10. How do I clean and care for the product?
Use a mild detergent to hand-wash or place in a laundry bag for machine washing. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Hang to dry naturally. Do not iron, tumble dry, or expose to direct sunlight.

11. How many days do I have to return an item for no reason?
